Final Tickets to ANYTHING GOES in Sydney to be Released Next Week

Final tickets will be released next Monday 7 September for the Sydney season of the De-lightful, De-lovely musical Anything Goes. The first preview in the Joan Sutherland Theatre, Sydney Opera House will be held this Saturday 5 September, with the opening night on Tuesday 8 September, and final performance on 31 October.

THE SOUND OF MUSIC Coming to Melbourne in 2016

Producers Andrew Lloyd Webber, David Ian, John Frost and the Really Useful Group today announced the dates and venue for the Melbourne season of their 2015-16 Australian tour of the world's favourite musical, The Sound of Music. The lavish London Palladium production will play at Melbourne's Regent Theatre from 13 May 2016, following seasons at Sydney's Capitol Theatre from 13 December this year and at Brisbane's Lyric Theatre from 11 March 2016.

Lord Almighty! AN ACT OF GOD is LA-Bound, with Sean Hayes as God

Producer Jeffrey Finn and Center Theatre Group announced today that Emmy winner Sean Hayes will play God in a limited six-week engagement of the new Broadway play AN ACT OF GOD at the CTG/Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, January 30 through March 13, 2016. The hit comedy arrives in Los Angeles after finishing a critically acclaimed Broadway run.

Opera Australia Artistic Director Lyndon Terracini AM and leading theatre producer John Frost AM will present a brand new production of Lerner and Loewe's masterpiece My Fair Lady at the Joan Sutherland Theatre, Sydney Opera House in 2016, celebrating the iconic musical's 60th anniversary. My Fair Lady will be directed by world-renowned actor and director Dame Julie Andrews with choreography by Tony Award-winning Christopher Gattelli (Newsies, The King and I, South Pacific).

Gerry Connolly Joins ANYTHING GOES as 'The Captain' in Brisbane Tonight

Opera Australia Artistic Director Lyndon Terracini AM and leading Australian theatre producer John Frost AM previously announced that actor, comedian and impressionist Gerry Connolly would join the cast of their upcoming production of Anything Goes to play the Captain of the S.S. American during the Melbourne and Brisbane seasons.

AN ACT OF GOD Recoups Broadway Investment!

Producer Jeffrey Finn announced today that the new Broadway comedy An Act of God starring Emmy and Golden Globe winner Jim Parsons recouped its $2.9 million capitalization in just 10 weeks. The critically acclaimed play is the first Broadway production of the 2015-16 season to recoup its initial investment. The strictly limited engagement will play through Sunday, August 2 at Broadway's Studio 54 (254 West 54 Street).

2015 Rob Guest Endowment Awards Announced

Organisers of The Rob Guest Endowment have today launched the 2015 Rob Guest Endowment Awards. Applications are now open and the winners will be announced at the Rob Guest Endowment Concert to be held in Sydney later in 2015. The 2015 prize package is valued at over $60,000, including the $20,000 major prize, the Rob Guest Endowment Award.

Richard O'Brien Does the Time Warp in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, Beginning Tonight in Melbourne

Producers Howard Panter and John Frost gleefully announced that the author of The Rocky Horror Show, Richard O'Brien, would join the production at certain special performances during the Melbourne season, playing the role of the Narrator. O'Brien can be seen at performances tonight, June 30, and July 1, 2, 5 (5.30pm only), 7, 8 and 9.

THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW Extends Through July 19 in Melbourne

Producers Howard Panter and John Frost announced today that due to extraordinary demand, The Rocky Horror Show will play an extra week at the Comedy Theatre in Melbourne. This iconic production will now close on 19 July.
