In next week's episode of NBC's THE BLACKLIST entitled 'The Front,' Agents Keen (Megan Boone) Ressler, (Diego Klattenhoff), and Cooper (Harry Lennix) pursue an eco-terrorist cell in search of a destructive weapon. Meanwhile, Liz (Megan Boone) tries to lose her guardian. Elsewhere, Red (James Spader) uses manipulation to pursue someone close to his heart. Amir Arison and Mozhan Marno also star.

Netflix Picks Up NBC's THE BLACKLIST for $2 Million an Episode

According to Deadline, the streamer has acquired NBC's breakout drama - for $2 million an episode. Ahead of next month's season two premiere, Netflix will be adding the first season of the James Spader series next weekend.

Bainbridge Performing Arts is deeply saddened by the loss of former actor, poet, instructor, mentor, and dear friend, Bob McAllister. Bob's BPA career included appearances in Twelve Angry Men and Noises Off, and his poetry was exhibited in the BPA Gallery. He also appeared in the Indie film Jurisdiction, playing Tommy Tongue, the anti-hero psychopath. Bob had an abiding love of theatre, and he had an unshakeable commitment to the community of artists he mentored, loved, and collaborated with at Bainbridge Performing Arts and the Island's entire theatre community.
TheaterWorks Receives Hartford Foundation for Public Giving Grant

A grant of $211,800 has been awarded by the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving to TheaterWorks at 233 Pearl Street in downtown Hartford to support a marketing and communications director. The grant will be disbursed over a three-year period.

Newnan Theatre Company will bring "Love Letters," by A.R. Gurney, to their Mainstage venue. A finalist for the 1989 Pulitzer Prize, the stage show is known for being one of the few to use the epistolary style, where, rather than speak in a dialogue form, the actors speak to one another through their letters, notes and cards written over a period of time.
