Easily one of Stephen Schwartz's most lush and beautiful scores, Children of Eden landed on stage at Kennedy Center's Eisenhower Theatre for one night only this past Monday.

Cameron Mackintosh's acclaimed new production of Alain Boublil & Claude-Michel Schonberg's Tony Award-winning musical masterpiece LES MISERABLES officially opened at Broadway's Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street) on Sunday, March 23. The production has received three Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical Revival. Unorganized Crime will now preview tonight, May 3 at 8pm; Sunday, May 4 at 7pm; Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7 at 8pm and will open on Thursday, May 8 at 7pm and run through Saturday, May 31 at the Elephant Theatre, 1076 N. Bay Street Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the World Premiere of CONVICTION (May 27-June 15) by Carey Crim and directed by Scott Schwartz, Bay Street's new Artistic Director. The production is co-produced by Bay Street Theatre, Rubicon Theatre in California, Dead Posh Productions, London and Canada's Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre.

The Kennedy Center presents Children of Eden in Concert on Monday, May 19 at 8 p.m. in the Eisenhower Theater. Featuring music and lyrics by Oscar® and Grammy Award® winner Stephen Schwartz and book by John Caird, the semi-staged performance is directed and choreographed by Tony® nominee Marcia Milgrom Dodge. The all-star Broadway cast includes Ron Bohmer, Ashley Brown, Rebecca Naomi Jones, and Jeremy Jordan and will be accompanied by the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra. This one-time-only event is made possible by the HRH Foundation. Tickets go on sale to the general public on March 28.
