The Kennedy Center presents the world premiere production of Orphie and the Book of Heroes in the Family Theater, today, February 8 - 23, 2014.

At a press conference held at Barrington Stage Company's Boyd-Quinson Mainstage, Artistic Director Julianne Boyd announced the theater's 20th Anniversary 2014 season of musicals and plays that will take place in downtown Pittsfield in the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage, St. Germain Stage and Youth Theatre venues in 2014.

Sherrie Edelen shines in iconic role as Momma Rose in GYPSY which due to popular demand has been extended to January 26, 2014.

Gypsy is now playing in Signature's MAX Theatre. The production runs through January 26, 2014. Directed by Signature Artistic Associate Joe Calarco (Shakespeare's R&J, God of Carnage, Urinetown), Gypsy stars Sherri L. Edelen (The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Company, Hairspray) as the iconic Momma Rose, in one of the most beloved musicals of all time. As the overwhelming winner of Sanguine's highly competitive playwriting competition, EXIT 27 brings a stirring perspective of raw human nature in its NYC premiere.
