Filmmaker Art Holliday is hosting a September 19th fundraising concert 'Johnnie's Jam: A Tribute to Johnnie Johnson' at The Sheldon for his music documentary JOHNNIE BE GOOD, the story of St. Louis native and Rock-n-Roll Hall of Famer Johnnie Johnson. This film is also featured on the site IndieGoGo where people can 'buy' various tax deductible items from the film while helping Mr. Holliday build up the funds needed to finish the film.

The FAB FAUX will perform at the State Theatre in Easton on Saturday, February 27 at 8 p.m.

Tickets have been made available for The Faub Faux, February 27th at the State Theatre in Easton. This the rescheduled date from the Feb 6th cancellation. The concert will begin at 8 PM. Tickets are $100 (includes post show meet & greet), $55 and $45. The FAB FAUX performance, scheduled for Saturday, February 6th at the State Theatre in Easton, has been postponed until Saturday, February 27 at 8 p.m.

On Thursday November 12th in front of a capacity crowd at House of Blues in Hollywood CA, Kirby Kelly of Sherman, Texas beat out more than 4,000 guitarists to be crowned Guitar Center's 2009 King of the Blues.

On December 26th and 27th, The Fab Faux will perform The Beatles' final three albums, Abbey Road, Let It Be and The White Album, in their entirety. Spread out over the course of two nights, the 'And, In The End...' concerts will recreate the final chapter in the legendary album output of The Beatles, and will offer fans a chance to hear songs performed live that The Beatles themselves never played in concert (the exception being part of Let It Be, which was performed on the 'rooftop' of Apple Corp, with spectators crowding the street, eventually forcing police to shut the whole operation down...).
