Mr. Winslow will perform with VOCA PEOPLE again May 13 at 5:30pm, May 14 at 8pm, May 16 at 7pm and May 17 at 7pm. Radio DJ Pete Fornatale Passes Away at 66

Award-winning disk jockey, rock historian and author Pete Fornatale, the host of Mixed Bag on WFUV and a New York radio icon for more than 40 years, has died. His family announced his death at age 66. A private funeral mass is planned. WFUV (90.7 FM, wfuv.org) will offer an on-air celebration of his life and career on Saturday, May 5 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Tickets Now Available for Lincoln Center's MIDSUMMER NIGHT SWING

Tickets go on sale today for Lincoln Center's 24th season of Midsummer Night Swing taking place Tuesdays through Saturdays, June 26-July 14. Swing's 15 dazzling nights of dancing, and one free daytime lesson for children, take place at the bandshell and elevated dance floor in Damrosch Park, on West 62nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues. Midsummer Night Swing offers an array of dance music styles including salsa, swing, tango, rock 'n' roll, and bhangra. Because of the national holiday there will be no Swing on July 4th, so a special Monday night will be added on July 2nd.

DANCING WITH THE STARS did away with the ball gowns, the glitz, and laid on the edge with leather costumes and daring make-up for designated 'Rock Week.' Featuring a performance by the titans of theatrics, Kiss, this week's performance show laid out the theme right from host Tom Bergeron's opening monologue. The typical DANCING broadcast this was not.

Metropolitan Talent Presents announces that France's rock star, Johnny Hallyday, will perform in New York City on Sunday, October 7th at the Beacon Theatre as part of his 2012 world tour. This marks the French icon's first full concert performance in the Big Apple, with only two concerts in the United States, Los Angeles April 24 and New York City October 7. Tickets go on sale to the public Monday, April 2nd at 9am through Ticketmaster.
