Emmy-winning actor and comedian Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond) will guest star in the SHOWTIME drama series I'M DYING UP HERE in a season-long arc.

Following its world premiere at Sydney Opera House, and subsequent seasons in Brisbane and Adelaide, the acclaimed melange of outrageous cabaret, air-defying acrobatics and infectious musical revelry is making its way to Perth for FRINGE WORLD 2018, ahead of an international tour.

SHOWTIME has announced the premiere dates of two of its returning drama series: the second season of I'M DYING UP HERE will premiere on Sunday, May 6 at 10 pm. ET/PT, and the fourth season of the Golden Globe Award winning drama series THE AFFAIR returns on Sunday, June 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

According to Deadline, Showtime announced premiere dates for three of its top shows at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour today, January 6.

Maestro Luke Frazier and The American Pops Orchestra - Washington, DC's innovative hometown orchestra - will continue their star-studded third season with Around the World in 80 Days, the world premiere of a new family-oriented musical written by Claybourne Elder ('Gossip Girl,' Broadway's Sunday in the Park...) and directed by Kelly Crandall d'Amboise.

The Off-Broadway hit The Bench starring Robert Galinsky, directed by Jay O. Sanders, will extend its sold out run at The East Village Playhouse (340 East 6th Street). It will start back up after the holidays beginning January 26 and will run an additional 12 weeks through April 13, 2018, playing Friday evening at 9pm. After being visited by his late business partner Jacob Marley (who is definitely dead), a mirror is held to Scrooges deeds and mean spirit as he is visited by three entities that examine his past, present and what may be his future. Everyone has witnessed this tale through a variety of mediums the classic novel by Charles Dickens, the recent movie adaption starring Jim Carrey, or the staged play of this holiday classic. Regardless of how an individual has come to know Scrooge and his greed, this Christmas classic echoes in our hearts and minds the power of kindness and the impact we have on those around us. Even though this story was originally published in 1843, it appears fresh at The Palace Theater as the recent adaption CHARLES DICKENS: A CHRISTMAS CAROL, this rendition reimagines this old story in a new, more musical, way. With book, lyrics and music by Texas natives Keith Ferguson and Bruce Greer, this version sticks with the classic tale but adds more performance opportunity with the musical numbers and ballad for the performers.
