A bewitching spectacle is brewing in Hell’s Kitchen, just in time for spooky season. On October 19, tenor Jordan Weatherston Pitts will transform into his alter ego, Creatine Price, for “Cantata: Blood Magic” at Red Eye NY, promising an afternoon of high notes and even higher heels.

Welsh bass-baritone Bryn Terfel will be bringing his very special Christmas show, Bryn's Christmas, to London, Swansea, Manchester and Bristol for four dates only, from 16 to 20 December.  He will be joined by special guest soprano Pumeza Matshikiza and the Welsh National Opera Orchestra, conducted by Paul Bateman.

In October, Seattle Opera audiences will experience a unique new work by visionary writer and director Tazewell Thompson. Jubilee tells the story of a group of Black American singers who brought African American spirituals to audiences around the world, forever changing the trajectory of music history.

Created and directed by composer, conductor, and multi-genre musician Damien Sneed, the showcase 'Our Song, Our Story: The New Generation of Black Voices' will pay homage to the legacies of operatic legends Marian Anderson and Jessye Norman.

The Springfield Chamber Players Octet will make their premiere at the Concerts at 7 Series on Monday, August 19, at 7PM. The performance will be at the Plainfield Congregational Church, 356 West Main Street in Plainfield, MA.
