ANYTHING GOES, LET IT BE & More Set for Ogunquit Playhouse's 2016 Season

The Ogunquit Playhouse is thrilled to announce its 2016 lineup that includes two regional premieres, two beloved classics, one international sensation and the return of the smash hit Million Dollar Quartet. The season once again extends longer than ever, opening one week earlier on May 18 and running to November 6, also a week longer than ever, bringing the season to a record 25 weeks of non-stop entertainment with Let it Be: A Celebration of the Music of the Beatles, Anything Goes, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers on stage at the Playhouse. The season will stretch to the holidays once again with a show in collaboration with The Music Hall in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to be announced at a later date.

GORDON LIGHTFOOT Coming To The Washington Pavilion

After 50+ years of hit song making and international album sales well into the multi-millions, esteemed musician, Gordon Lightfoot brings his "50 Years of Highway Tour" to the Mary W. Sommervold Hall at the Washington Pavilion on June 26 at 8p.m.

The Bacon Brothers to Perform in Concert at Schimmel Center

Stage Door Theatre to Present New Musical POMPADOUR; Performances Begin Today

What do the Everly Brothers, Bobby Darrin, B.B. King, Frank, and Elvis have in common?  Great music... and great hair!  Pompadour, a new musical review by Michael Leeds and Kevin Black features a quintet of 'pompadoured' guys singing and dancing through five decades of unforgettable music.  The production will run at Margate's Stage Door theatre from December 26th, 2015 through January 31st, 2016.

Theatre Raleigh Sets 2016 Season

Theatre Raleigh announces the 2016 Hot Summer Nights Season including a return of the family favorite The Wolf (March 3-20). Next, Theatre Raleigh will premier an adapted story, The Mystery of Edwin Drood A Musical by Rupert Holmes- (May 11 - 22), followed by Arthur Miller's classic All My Sons (June 7 - 19) and The Light in the Piazza (July 6 - 14), presented in the gallery at the North Carolina Museum of Art. Finally, the Southern classic, Steel Magnolias (July 27 - August 7) and the story of the famed recording session Million Dollar Quartet (August 17 - 28) will round out the season.
