THE LAST SHIP played its final performance on Broadway on Saturday, January 24, but fans still have another chance to catch the cast in action. Tonight, March 2 (9:30PM), they will reunite at 54 Below for 'Songs in the Quay of Life: THE LAST SHIP Company in Concert.' The original cast and band will celebrate their run with an eclectic evening themed around seafaring songs. Proceeds will go to support Wallsend Boys Club in the north of England, which was founded by shipbuilders.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven- o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. The five-time Tony Award-nominated Rock of Ages played its final performance last night, January 18, 2015 after 22 preview and 2,328 Broadway performances, solidifying its spot as the 27th longest running show in Broadway history. The current company was joined by past cast members onstage for the epic, final curtain call, and BroadwayWorld was there for the special celebration. Today, December 16, Universal Music Classics releases the Original Broadway Cast Album for The Last Ship, produced by the Emmy-Award winning and multi-Grammy-nominated producer Rob Mathes. The play is directed by Tony Award-winner Joe Mantello and choreographed by Olivier Award-winner Steven Hoggett, with musical direction, orchestrations and arrangements also by Rob Mathes.

The Sanctified Sanders Family Singers return to the Marietta Square to celebrate the holidays with faith, family, and old-fashioned fun. Producers Jeffrey Seller and Kathryn Schenker announceD that THE LAST SHIP will offer a limited number of tickets for each performance to be sold by lottery. Entries will be accepted at the box office beginning two and a half hours prior to each performance. Two hours before curtain, names will be drawn at random for a limited number of tickets priced at $30 each. Only one entry is allowed per person. Each person drawn may purchase up to two tickets. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and show valid ID to purchase tickets. Tickets must be purchased in cash. Tickets are subject to availability.
