Emmy Award winner Holland Taylor received a commendation by Texas Governor Rick Perry making her an honorary Texan on January 10, 2013, for her play Ann about late Texas governor Ann Richards. Ann, a new play written and performed by Emmy Award-winning actress Holland Taylor, will begin previews on Broadway at Lincoln Center's Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street) tomorrow, Monday, February 18, 2013 at 8pm, and will open Thursday, March 7, 2013.

Anne Hathaway stopped by the 'Tonight Show with Jay Leno' last night and gushed about her mom, actress Kate McCauley Hathaway, who is currently one of the producer's behind the new Broadway production ANN, starring Holland Taylor. Asked if she planned to attend the show's opening night, Hathaway beamed, 'Absolutely! I'm going to embarrass her and be hooting and hollering!' Check out the clip below!

'From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert For Sandy Hook' will take place 7:00 pm tonight, January 28, 2013, at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, Connecticut. The evening will be a concert of love and healing for the Newtown community from the composers, musicians and more than 100 stars of Broadway together with over 100 students from several Newtown dance groups and the Newtown High School Chamber Choir. All proceeds and donations will go directly to United Way of Western Connecticut's Sandy Hook School Support Fund.
