In celebration of AMERICAN IDIOT's return to London this week, from Friday 8 July 2016, the critically acclaimed and celebrated UK production of Green Day's hit musical has released a selection of exclusive behind the scenes images from the show. 

Following on from its critically acclaimed 2015 London run and 2016 UK Tour, Green Day's explosive Tony Award ® winning musical, American Idiot will be returning to it's London home at the Arts Theatre, for a strictly limited run from 8 July - 25 September 2016, with press night on Wednesday 13 July.

As previously announced, double platinum selling artist Newton Faulkner joins the cast of Green Day's explosive Tony Award-winning musical, AMERICAN IDIOT, on its UK tour this spring. Newton will be taking on the role of Johnny from May 2016 after Matt Thorpe, who will open the role from tonight, 19 March at the Curve Theatre, Leicester until 7 May at the New Theatre, Oxford. Roald Dahl's enduringly popular children's book, The BFG, will be brought to life in a brand new staging at Birmingham Repertory Theatre this Christmas. A well-loved story of a dream-blowing, big friendly giant and little orphan Sophie in a land of child-eating giants, The BFG, will open at The REP from 26 November 2014 to 24 January 2015.
