The Clockwork Theatre, a New York City-based non-profit organization is proud to announce the second production of their 5th Anniversary season with the US Premiere of G.B.S., written by Jason Hall, directed by Jay Rohloff.

Producers Phil Monat, T. Richard Fitzgerald and Randall L. Wreghitt announced today that TALLEY'S FOLLY, the classic Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Lanford Wilson (Burn This, Fifth of July, Balm in Gilead) will have its first-ever Broadway revival as part of the 2010-2011 Season. The production will begin previews in spring 2011, with exact dates and a theater to be announced.

Actress Lucy Liu made a recent guest appearance on the 'Today Show' to discuss her role in the hit show GOD OF CARNAGE which celebrated its first anniversary on Broadway on March 22. The Circle Theatre will be starting the New Year with the regional premier of the comedy Escanaba In Da Moonlight. Directed by Kevin Ehrhart, Escanaba will be staged in the lower level of Central Presbyterian Church, running now through Saturday, March 13th. Doors open at 6:30PM with dinner served at 7:00pm and performances starting at 8:00PM. The show runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

The New York Times is reporting that the producers of Broadway's GOD OF CARNAGE have opted not to pursue a National Tour at the moment, fearing that a tour would not run long enough to make the endeavor financially beneficial. Producers, who had been doing the initial legwork for a tour for several months and had even gotten some commitments from actors, anticipate that a tour would need to run at least 26 weeks to recoup, and not enough theaters signed onto the tour in the 2010-2011 season to guarantee they would hit this mark.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, GOD OF CARNAGE alum Jimmy Smits is set to star and co-executive produce a new untitled NBC legal drama pilot by John Eisendrath.
