Remember earlier this year when there was tons of media hype surrounding ‘American Idol,' and how the country had lost all love for female competitors? It was all very dramatic, and clearly also very irrational, as ‘The Voice' has quickly proven that America has some girl power yet.

Original songs that were performed on tonight's (June 28) live performance episode by the four finalists of NBC's 'The Voice' will be released immediately via Universal Republic Records on radio following the show's broadcast (9-11 p.m. ET).
