Canyon Crest Academy Envision Theatre (CCA) Envision Theatre is thrilled to present the comedic play 'Museum' by Tina Howe, November 7, 8,13,14 & 15, 2014 at the CCA Proscenium Theatre. Guest Directed by Jason Maddy with Technical Direction by Jeremy Sewell and Costumes by Janet Pitcher.

The PLAIDS are coming to the Rialto Theater this March. Join the hilarious quartet as they bop-shoo-bop their way through classic hits like 'Love is a Many Splendored Thing,' 'Three Coins in the Fountain,' 'Sixteen Tons,' and many more. You'll delight in their zany, boyish squabbles and charmingly outlandish choreography as they pay an affectionate homage to the close-harmony male singing groups of the 1950s. An audience favorite for all ages, not to be missed March 14-23!

The Joffrey Ballet, Chicago's world-renowned ballet company that has toured to over 80 countries throughout its storied history (more than any other dance company), today hosted an international cadre of NATO dignitary spouses and other representations at its Loop home, Joffrey Tower, at 10 East Randolph Street. The special event, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State in cooperation with Blair House, included a short performance and reception, entertaining guests and sharing with them a part of Chicago's vibrant cultural and artistic community. A 25 minute presentation of this work in progress will be performed on Friday, November 20 , 7:30pm at the National Center for the Preservation of Democracy. Q & A discussion will follow.
