Romeo and Juliet began previews at the Guthrie on January 9, and continues its run through January 31, 2010

The Guthrie Theater and The Acting Company (TAC) today announced complete casting for their 2010 co-production and national tour of William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Building on the success of their critically acclaimed 2009 production of Henry V, these two nationally recognized theater institutions will again showcase the talents of young performers from their ranks, including graduates of the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater B.F.A. Actor Training Program, participants of the Guthrie Experience (GEx), and alumni of The Acting Company.

Streamers, written by David Rabe and directed by Scott Ellis, features Hale Appleman (Richie), Axel Avin Jr. (PFC), E.J. Cantu (PFC Hinson), Larry Clarke (Sgt. Cokes), Ato Essandoh (Carlyle), Brad Fleischer (Billy), Charlie Hewson (Martin), Jason McDowell-Green (PFC), Cobey Mandarino (M.P. Lieutenant), John Sharian (Sgt. Rooney), J.D. Williams (Roger).
