The legendary New Year's Eve global television celebration, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014," has announced Capital Cities, Daughtry, Ariana Grande and The Fray will perform from the West Coast party hosted by Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas.
