Lincoln Ave. Pink Previews, where tickets sales benefit the Lynn Sage Foundation for breast cancer research, are Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26 at 7:30 p.m. Opening night is Friday August 1 at 7 p.m.

Producing Artistic Director Gwendolyn Whiteside and American Blues Theater, Chicago's second oldest Equity ensemble, are proud to announce the Saturday, June 21 performance of Grounded, by George Brant and directed by Lisa Portes, at the Greenhouse Theater Center, 2257 N. Lincoln Ave. is a benefit performance for Children of War Foundation. Proceeds from the performance will go directly to surgery and medical treatment for Shah Bibi Tarakhail, an Afghan Child Affected by War. The running time is approximately 80 minutes. Grounded runs through July 13. Producing Artistic Director Gwendolyn Whiteside of American Blues Theater is proud to announce American Blues Theater is hosting a staged reading of the 2014 Blue Ink Playwriting Award-winning play Comden Mall Community Activists, by Chicagoan Douglas Post, Sunday, June 29 at 4:30 p.m. at Greenhouse Theater Center, Upstairs Studio, 2257 N. Next Theatre Company to Present THE GREAT GOD PAN, 4/3-5/11

Next Theatre Company announces the Midwest premiere of The Great God Pan, April 3 - May 11, by Amy Herzog and directed by Next Artistic Associate Kimberly Senior, at Noyes Cultural Arts Center, 927 Noyes Street. Previews are Thursday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 4 at 8 p.m., Saturday, April 5 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m. Opening Night is Monday, April 7 at 7 p.m. The performance schedule is Thursdays at 7:30 p.m., Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. There are Saturday 4 p.m. performances April 19, 26, May 3 and May 10th. World Premiere of THE PORTRAIT to Run 1/15-26 at Theatre 54

ACTORS AND DIRECTORS LIVING IN BROOKLYN (AdLib), in association with THE SIMON STUDIO, is pleased to announce the world premiere production of Sarah Levine Simon's THE PORTRAIT, directed by Roger Hendricks Simon (NY Shakespeare Festival, Yale Rep, London's Royal Court Theatre). THE PORTRAIT, which was first written and produced as a radio play for National Public Radio, will play a limited engagement at Theatre 54 (Shetler Studios, 244 West 54th Street, 12th Fl.). Performances begin Wednesday, January 15 and continue through Sunday, January 26. Opening Night is Thursday, January 16 (8 p.m.). Tickets are $18 and are available at smarttix.com.
