A mesmeric fusion of dance and theatre, on Tuesday 28th March, James Finnemore presents Bloom at The Point, Eastleigh.

Four new artists and companies have been selected to join The Point for the next 18 months as Associate Artists. Joining the venue with some fantastically creative ideas and exciting works in development, these new artists have been selected based on their talent, passion and drive for the arts and performance making.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox has confirmed it will release an extended edition of Bryan Singer's X-MEN DAYS OF FUTURE PAST, that will 'restor some of the scenes-and subplots-cut out of the original edition.'

SPAMALOT may be based on the Monty Python film Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but the musical differs greatly from the film on which it is based. While both the musical and film have hilarity in common, the story's transition onto stage provides some interesting differences. The musical, which premiered on Broadway in 2005 has since graced stages internationally and garnered three Tony awards. The original Broadway cast of the show that spoofs the Arthurian legend boasted Sara Ramirez, Christian Borle, Tim Curry and more! This may be quite the act to follow, but the Lower Ossington Theatre's current production of the laugh-out-loud show does a good job at creating a similar atmosphere and staying true to the overall show.

Over the last 12 years, the artistic team at San Pedro's Little Fish Theatre has undertaken an extensive process, this year selecting from over 600 submitted manuscripts from around the world to be included in their annual PICK OF THE VINE production. The nine plays selected this year are a theatrical sampling akin to flights of wine - delightful sips of comedy and drama that provide an opportunity to experience a wide range of unique stories in a single evening.
