Gallery Players presents Shakespeare's The Tempest, directed by James Dean Palmer in July. Palmer returns to Gallery following his critically acclaimed 2017 production of Julius Caesar. This classic tale kicks off with a shipwreck and tells a story of unlikely love and long-awaited forgiveness made possible only with a bit of magic. In this production, magic comes to life through a chorus of spirits, comprised of young performers from across the city.

The FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training will kick off its 2018-19 season with Tom Stoppard's timeless masterpiece, Arcadia. Second-year Conservatory students bring to life the story of a young genius and her private tutor caught in an epic game of lost-and-found between two centuries. Part mystery and part love story, Arcadia pits elegance and poetry against the cold certainties of science and physics and brings to question the determinability of the universe. Arcadia will be performed in the Cook Theatre, October 31 - November 18 with a preview night October 30. Tickets are $30.
AN ATTEMPT TO HEAL IN THE CONTEMPORARY WORLD, a new dark comedy about Wilhelm Reich, one of the most radical figures in the history of psychiatry, will have a limited engagement run from Tuesday, October 16thto Friday, October 28thas part of FringeNYC's 2018 lineup.
