STAGE TUBE: Lena Hall Performs National Anthem for Game 3 of NLDS

As if she didn't already have her hands full playing both Yitzhak and the title role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch on tour, Tony Winner Lena Hall took time off from the stage to sing the national anthem for game 3 of the National League Championship Series between the San Francisco Giants and the Chicago Cubs. Lena Hall Shares Stunning Montage of HEDWIG Photo Shoot

As BroadwayWorld reported earlier, tonight Lena Hall is making history when she goes on for the title role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, making her the first performer in history to play both Yitzhak and Hedwig in the same production. Today Hall posted an Instagram photo montage of all the photos taken during her photoshoot for Hedwig marketing materials. Check out the stunning transformation series below!

Whether You Like It or Not, Lena Hall is Making History Tonight!

After winning a Tony Award for her performance as Hedwig's husband, Yitzhak, in the Broadway revival of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, originally starring Neil Patrick Harris, Lena Hall stayed with the production through three more Hedwigs. Now, she's joined the national tour in her iconic role, but tonight, she takes an even more legendary step: For the first time in history, the role of Hedwig and Yitzhak will be played by the same actor within a production. Hall will steps into the international song stylist's shoes for one performance per week, while her understudy will perform the role of Yitzhak.

Lena Hall will reprise her Tony Award-winning performance as Yitzhak in the highly anticipated National Tour of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the 2014 Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival, in performances at the SHN Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco (October 2-30, 2016) and the Hollywood Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles (November 1-27, 2016), opposite Darren Criss. In a groundbreaking twist, she'll also play the role of Hedwig for one performance a week in San Francisco and Los Angeles. It is a rare occasion for a Tony Award winner to go on national tour, and historic for the same person to play both Hedwig and Yitzhak.  Check out a first look at Hall in the Hedwig makeup below!

Lena Hall Teases HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH Costume

Following her Tony-winning performance in the 2014 Broadway production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch as Yitzhak, Lena Hall is pulling a different wig out of the box and hitting the road as the title character for some cities along the production's national tour. The lucky followers of Hall's Instagram got an early sneak peek of the actress in part of her costume; check out the photo she posted below!

Christopher Maring Will Receive 5th Annual T. Fellowship

T. Fellowship, in association with Columbia University School of the Arts, announces the next T. Fellow is Christopher Maring, the fifth fellow in the one?year program designed to educate and empower new creative producers. The fellow will receive a stipend of $10,000 with a $20,000 budget for the development of a new theatrical production.

Hedwig will soon put the wig back on the shelf. As BroadwayWorld reported yesterday, Tony-winning revival of Hedwig and the Angry Inch will close on Broadway on Sept, 13. Taye Diggs, the show's current star, will wrap its run. Now the show has officially updated its lottery policy. A recent tweet reads: 'Hedwig Alert! New lottery timing - you may now enter 2 hours before each performance; winners drawn 90 minutes prior to show time.'
