The Acting Company will present a staged reading of Nude with Violin, Noel Coward's satire on modern art, criticism, pretension and the value placed on art at 7 pm on Monday, March 24 at the Signature Theatre (Alice Griffin Jewel Box), 480 West 42nd Street (9th-10th Avenues).

The Public Theater announced today that single tickets are now on sale for the 2014 spring season, beginning on February 18 with ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA, the exciting international collaboration with the Royal Shakespeare Company and GableStage in Miami. Edited and directed by MacArthur Fellow Tarell Alvin McCraney, ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA will run through Sunday, March 23, with an official press opening on Wednesday, March 5 in the Anspacher Theater.

In this 50th anniversary year of the Civil Rights Amendment of 1964, Theatre for a New Audience presents 'Seeing Color: Casting African Americans in Shakespeare.' This panel is intended to cut to the heart of colorblind casting in Shakespeare today, asking not 'do we see color' but 'should we see color,' especially in Shakespeare.

Williamstown Theatre Festival is currently hosting its inaugural WTF CABARET SERIES at 54 Below. Tony Award nominee Kate Baldwin, Bryce Pinkham, Elena Shaddow, Emma Galvin, Todd Almond, Becky Ann Baker, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Jessica Hecht, Greg Hildreth, Joe Iconis, Lauren Molina, Euan Morton, Amy Spanger, and Jacob Ming Trent make rotating appearances in the show, directed by Kris Kukul. Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced the first round of participants for the inaugural WTF CABARETSERIES at 54 Below. Ghostlight Records will celebrate their Original Broadway Cast Recording of the new musical HANDS ON A HARDBODY another special event this month. Green will host the concert Amanda Green and Friends at Birdland Jazz Club (315 West 44th Street) tonight, September 29 at 6:00 PM to celebrate the album's release. Her special guests will include Keith Carradine, Allison Case, Jenn Colella, Van Hughes, Janet Krupin, Kathleen Monteleone, Jim Newman, Jacob Ming-Trent, Jon Rua and William Youmans.
