Issie Swickle is moving beyond the stage and into pop stardom with her recent transition into pop music. Readers may remember her best playing the iconic role of Annie for the National Broadway Tour when she was 9 years old. Now with the release of her single, 'Mirrors' and her upcoming single, 'Me, You' Swickle is making herself known as a rising pop starlet.

The first national tour of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival of Hello, Dolly!, starring Tony Award winner Betty Buckley, launched earlier this year from the Stanley Theatre in Utica, New York. The show just opened at LA's Pantages Theatre and we're taking you to the red carpet below!

BROADWAY TO THE RESCUE is amping up for one of the most incredible nights in theatre in Los Angeles. The iconic 1977 Charles Strouse musical ANNIE opened last night at Shea's Buffalo to a large, appreciative audience. After the most recent Broadway revival that failed mostly due to a poor heavy handed directorial concept, Annie's original lyricist, Martin Charnin, chose to direct his version of this new National tour.
