BWW Review: PRIDE AND PREJUDICE* *SORT OF, Tron Theatre, Glasgow

Join Tron Theatre Company and Blood of the Young for a unique and colourful take on the definitive rom-com, Pride & Prejudice. Five vaguely familiar young women have a story to tell. You'll have seen them, emptying the chamber pots and sweeping ash from the grate, the overlooked and the undervalued making sure that everyone above stairs finds their happy ending. Because when you can't be the romantic lead in your own story, you have to play a supporting role in someone else's.

Tron Theatre Launches 2017 Mayfesto Season

Tron Theatre's Mayfesto season has now become very firmly fixed in the cultural calendar, and we announce today the programme for this year's mini-festival of edgy and provocative new work.  Inspired by Samuel Beckett's struggle to write Words and Music, when he lamented 'music always wins', Andy Arnold has pulled together a season of theatrical works underscored and influenced by music and sound.
