Act1KC Announces BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and THE WIZARD OF OZ for the 2010/2011 season.

Everybody's favorite musical about a blood-thirsty plant is about to get a long-overdue Civic treatment! Little Shop of Horrors, one of storied writing duo Alan Menken and Howard Ashman's most treasured accomplishments, will open at Civic Theatre on Friday, February 19th and run through Sunday, March 7th, with all shows at Civic's 19th Street Theatre.

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS is set to open at Atlanta's Lyric Theatre on April 16th and run through May 2nd.

DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, the award-winning worldwide smash hit Broadway musical, will play its final performance at the Providence Performing Arts Center on February 14, 2010.
