High praise from his dance partner aside, Kressley revealed for the first time, on 'GMA,' that Trebunskaya was not his first choice for a professional partner. Comparing the process of the show's 13 celebrities being paired with professional dancers to online dating, Kressley said it was Russian dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy, paired this season with U.S. soccer star Hope Solo, whom he really wanted to move with on the dance floor.

Carson Kressley's enthusiasm for his ballroom dance routines couldn't make up for his lack of technical ability, and last night, the fashion maven was the latest star to get the boot from ABC's DANCING WITH THE STARS. Soccer World Cup star Hope Solo also had been in jeopardy of leaving.
