A playground altercation between eleven-year-old boys brings together two sets of parents for a meeting to resolve the matter in GOD OF CARNAGE, now onstage at Santa Monica's Morgan-Wixson Theatre through February 8, 2015. At first, diplomatic niceties are observed, but as the meeting progresses and the rum flows, tensions emerge and the gloves come off, with the parents becoming increasingly childish, resulting in the evening devolving into chaos.

59E59 Theaters will welcome the world premiere of THE ROAD TO DAMASCUS, written by Tom Dulack and directed by Michael Parva. CBS Films has turned to writer John August (Broadway's BIG FISH) to pen a script based on Alvin Schwartz's iconic book series 'Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark.'

Playing on Air, a public radio show featuring recordings of select contemporary short American plays, returns to BRIC House for a new season of performances. Nine short plays by notable American playwrights (three per evening) will be recorded live at BRIC House, 647 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn on October 20, 27 and December 1 at 7:30pm.

Mixed Magic Theatre's production of God Of Carnage, by Yasmina Reza and directed by Rich Morra, has been extended to include performances Thursday May 22nd, Friday May 23rd and Saturday May 24th. All shows are at 7:30pm.

God of Carnage, by Yasmina Reza, is the story of two married couples who meet for the first time shortly after the couples children get into a confrontation.

It was announced today that this year's Daryl Roth Creative Spirit Award will be presented to Playing on Air, which produces short plays by prominent, contemporary American playwrights for a national audience via public radio and the Internet. Dedicated to nurturing and supporting theatre artists, The Daryl Roth Creative Spirit Award, named for the multi-Award-winning producer, is a financial grant given annually to a theatre artist or organization who has demonstrated exceptional promise in their field.

Playing on Air, which presents readings of short plays by prominent, contemporary American playwrights for a national audience via public radio and the Internet, inaugurates a new initiative next month. On consecutive Mondays in March, Playing on Air presents its first plays for radio broadcast taped in front of live audiences.

To borrow a tagline from the long-running reality TV series 'The Real World,' the wickedly amusing GOD OF CARNAGE shows exactly 'what happens when people stop being polite... and start getting real.' Well, at least, 'real' in a comically over-the-top way, that is. This outrageous farce---directed by Michael Arabian and featuring some top-notch, gusto-tinged performances from its four-person cast---continues its regional Southland performances at the La Mirada Theater for the Performing Arts through February 16.

Riverside Theatre's 40th Anniversary celebration continues with the Broadway comedy hit, God of Carnage. This hilarious play about parents behaving badly performs on the Waxlax Stage from January 28 through February 9, 2014 and is sponsored by Riverside Theatre's Patron Producers.

Perseverance Theatre opens its 35th season with the 2009 Tony Award winner for Best Play, Yasmina Reza's God of Carnage translated by Christopher Hampton. The production plays from Sep. 13-Oct. 6, 2013 on the Perseverance Theatre Mainstage.
