Add another award to Lin-Manuel Miranda's list! The composer/lyricist/actor best known for Hamilton has picked up a Billboard Music Award for Moana! The soundtrack to the hit Disney animated film, with music and lyrics by Miranda, won the award for Top Soundtrack.

Lovecraft is a one-woman-comedy-science-music-show written by BAFTA Cymru best actress nominee, Carys Eleri exploring the neuroscience of love and loneliness.

Young People's Theatre Workshop Presents HELLO, DOLLY!

Celebrating its 40th year, Young People's Theatre Workshop (YPTW) presents Tony-Award winning musical sensation Hello, Dolly!, on stage at the Players Club of Swarthmore May 25 to June 3. The Hello Dolly! cast includes 60 actors, ages 8-18, from the Philadelphia regional area. Show dates are May 25, 26, and June 2 at 7:30 p.m., May 29, 30, 31 at 7 p.m. and May 27 and June 3 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15, and all seats are reserved. Call 610-558-0988 to reserve tickets.

Huntington's Largest-Ever Gala Shatters Fundraising Record

Huntington Theatre Company board and staff are celebrating the shattering of a fundraising record at the Spotlight Spectacular gala, Monday, May 7. Held at the Boston Center for the Arts Cyclorama, the gala brought in $1.275 million to support the Huntington's operations for the fiscal year, including its broad range of education and community outreach programs.

This is the set-up for BLUES IN THE NIGHT, the musical revue conceived and directed by Sheldon Epps, playing through May 20th in the Lovelace Studio Theater at The Wallis.

It's been 8 months since Ryan Carter announced 'Refresh', an initially one night only cabaret concert designed to prove that it's possible to breathe new life into classic musical theatre. Since then, 'Refresh' has moved from strength to strength, with Carter and his team moving with it. Refresh played in the Borlase Theatre (October '17), before being invited to 'live' at The Hospital Club for several performances throughout 2018. The collaboration between The Hospital Club and RyCa Creative kicked off in January with 'Refresh : Returns'.
