JACK KLEINSINGER Presents Highlights In JAZZ New York's Longest Running Jazz Concert Series 37th Season. The Final Year!

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine, and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, continues its 10th Anniversary season with the return of internationally-acclaimed Grammy Award nominated stride pianist, radio host and author JUDY CARMICHAEL.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine, and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, continues its 10th Anniversary season with the return of internationally-acclaimed Grammy Award nominated stride pianist, radio host and author JUDY CARMICHAEL.

Bandleader/Musician John Pizzarelli and his wife, Broadway veteran Jessica Molaskey, are among the current standard-bearers of what is known as 'The Great American Songbook'. For the past three years the couple has hosted a weekly radio show from their 'Deluxe living room high atop Lexington Avenue' in New York City. BroadwayWorld.com was invited to attend recent taping of 'Radio Deluxe' and talk with them.

This past year's most outstanding performances in cabaret, comedy, and jazz have been chosen by more than two-dozen critics and experts who concluded their voting over the holidays (see below).

The Carlyle Hotel (James McBride, Managing Director) welcomes the return of John Pizzarelli & Jessica Molaskey, the gifted husband-and-wife team, as they open the fall entertainment season in the legendary Café Carlyle. Beginning Tuesday, September 9th and playing through Saturday, November 1st, Mr. & Mrs. Pizzarelli, who made their debut engagement in May 2007, will once again grace the stage to present an entertaining evening of romantic ballads and swinging jazz tunes, including songs from each of their latest recordings: 'With A Song in My Heart' (Telarc, 2008), Mr. Pizzarelli's tribute to composer Richard Rodgers, and 'A Kiss to Build a Dream On' (Arbors Records, 2008), a sophisticated collection of 15 of Ms. Molaskey's favorite tunes. Mr. Pizzarelli (guitar and vocals) will lead a quartet consisting of younger brother Martin Pizzarelli (bass), Larry Fuller (piano) and Tony Tedesco (drums).

PS Classics will release Sitting In Limbo, the fourth solo recording from Broadway and cabaret star Jessica Molaskey, on May 8, 2007.

Tony DeSare - the acclaimed singer, pianist and songwriter - will perform selections from his new Top 10 CD, 'Last First Kiss,' at the Algonquin Hotel's Oak Room from March 6 - 17.

The 2006 Nightlife Awards celebrated the best of New York's cabaret, comedy, and jazz scenes in one glorious concert.

Twenty-seven critics and experts voted on the best performances they saw this past year in the clubs of New York City. The results of their voting (below) leave no doubt that this year's Nightlife Awards at Town Hall on Monday, February 6th.
