Chicago Shakespeare Theater's (CST) premiere comedy Murder for Two-A Killer Musical has been extended six weeks through July 31, 2011, by popular demand.

The classic story of self-deception and the courage of a lone voice of reason returns to the SteppingStone stage. This production is based on the beloved Hans Christian Andersen tale, recently adapted and freshened by long-time SteppingStone collaborator David Simmons.

The Rose Theatre is a 900-seat venue located in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.

Chicago Shakespeare Theater (CST) presents the world premiere family musical The Adventures of Pinocchio from July 13 to August 28, 2011. Based on Carlo Collodi's classic tale of a wooden puppet who yearns to be a real boy, this original CST Family commission will turn CST's Courtyard Theater stage into a larger-than-life, European-style marionette theater. Created by multiple Drama Desk Award-nominated team Neil Bartram (music/lyrics) and Brian Hill (book), The Adventures of Pinocchio is directed by Rachel Rockwell, who returns to CST after staging last summer's world premiere CST Family musical The Emperor's New Clothes. To introduce New York audiences to some of the Dutch companies creating this acclaimed work, The New Victory Theater will kick off the second half of its 2011-12 Season with Zoem! New Dutch Theater.
