Cape May Stage is thrilled to welcome another veteran Broadway performer into their ranks! On Monday, August 16th, Tony-winner Karen Ziemba lends her considerable talents to the Otto and Phoebe Haas Stage. Part of Cape May Stage's inaugural Second Stage Broadway Series, Ms. Ziemba's one-woman cabaret will run at 8pm at the Robert Shackleton Playhouse at the corner of Bank and Lafayette Streets in downtown Cape May.
On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 7, 8, 9, The Mabel Mercer Foundation comes of age by presenting its 21st annual Cabaret Convention at The Rose Theater, Frederick P. Rose Hall at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Performances begin each evening at 6 o'clock, and more than forty exemplary vocalists and musicians are scheduled to appear in three diverse programs.

Last night, June 14, The Town Hall celebrated the Broadway By The Year® 10th Anniversary Celebration - Broadway By The Year 1990-2010, Created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel for the Town Hall, the Broadway performers included Norm Lewis (The Little Mermaid, Sondheim on Sondheim), Karen Mason (Mama Mia!), Astaire Award-winner Spencer Liff (Cry- Baby), Michael Winther (Mama Mia!), Douglas Ladnier (Jekyll & Hyde), Ann Harada (Avenue Q), four-time Tony® Award nominee Gregg Edelmann (Tale of Two Cities), Alexander Gemignani (Les Miserables), Tony® Award winner Debbie Gravitte, Kendrick Jones (The Scottsboro Boys), three-time Tony® Award nominee Mark Kudisch (9 to 5), Tony® Award nominee Bobby Steggert (Ragtime), Julia Murney (Wicked), Max Von Essen (Xanadu national tour), Tony ® Award nominee Barbara Wash (Company) and Lari White (Ring of Fire). Broadway by the Year 1990-2010 was directed by Nightlife Award winner Scott Coulter, who also performed in the show.

The Town Hall is pleased to announce Broadway By The Year's® 10th Anniversary Celebration - Broadway By The Year 1990-2010 on Monday, June 14th at 8PM. This acclaimed series, devoted to the music and history of The Great White Way, will have a cast of 21 and a new format, featuring one song, from one show, for each year between 1990 and 2010.
On Monday, May 24, Northwestern University students, faculty, alumni and theatre professionals from across the country will sing (and a few will dance) the praises of School of Communication theatre faculty member Dominic Missimi's 30 years of service. The star-studded benefit performance also launches the University's new Dominic Missimi Fund for Music Theatre.
Karen Mason and Gregg Edelman will perform at the Metropolitan Room, filling the dates left empty after Julie Wilson was forced to cancel due to health issues.
