Six more performers join the cast of The Town Hall's Broadway By The Year® 10th Anniversary Celebration - Broadway By The Year 1990-2010 on Monday, June 14th at 8PM. Created, written and hosted by Scott Siegel for the Town Hall, the new Broadway performers include Norm Lewis (The Little Mermaid), Karen Mason (Mama Mia!), Astaire Award-winner Spencer Liff (Cry- Baby), Michael Winther (Mama Mia!), Douglas Ladnier (Jekyll & Hyde) and Ann Harada (Avenue Q). They will join four-time Tony® Award nominee Gregg Edelmann (Tale of Two Cities), Alexander Gemignani (Les Miserables), Tony® Award winner Debbie Gravitte, KendRick Jones (The Scottsboro Boys), three-time Tony® Award nominee Mark Kudisch (9 to 5), Tony® Award nominee Bobby Steggert (Ragtime), Julia Murney (Wicked), Max Von Essen (Xanadu national tour), Tony ® Award nominee Barbara Wash (Company) and Lari White (Ring of Fire). Broadway by the Year 1990-2010 is directed by Nightlife Award winner Scott Coulter, who will also perform in the show. This acclaimed series devoted to the music and history of The Great White Way has a new format for this celebratory evening. It will feature one song from one show, for each year between 1990 and 2010. The last two decades of Broadway's musicals will be represented in Broadway By The Year 1990-2010 featuring one great contemporary hit song from such shows as Ragtime, Next to Normal, The Producers, Aspects of Love, Assassins, Rent, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Jersey Boys, Wicked, Rent, The Secret Garden and Smokey Joe's Cafe.

"The challenge we've set for ourselves," said Scott Siegel, "is to perform one song from one show from each year between 1990 and 2010." In the course of this unique evening of Broadway entertainment, 21 different songs from 21 different shows will be performed. This format allows us to highlight many of the greatest new Broadway songs of the last two decades in one concert, a fitting finale to our Tenth Anniversary season."

Built in 1921 by a group of suffragettes, The Town Hall began as a lecture hall and public forum for debates. Over the decades, the stage has been graced by Eleanor Roosevelt, Margaret Sanger, Billie Holiday, Igor Stravinsky, Bob Dylan and MiLes Davis. Today the hall flourishes as a popular, affordable venue boasting the hottest acts in rock, pop, folk, cabaret, world music, comedy and dance, including Billy Joel, Robin Williams, Blondie, Elvis Costello, Natalie Merchant, Graham Nash, Liza Minnelli, Cyndi Lauper, Norah Jones, Andre Watts, Henry Rollins, Joe Jackson, Pink Martini, Regina Spector, Brian Adams, Aimee Mann and Dawn Upshaw. For over a decade, The Town Hall has hosted live broadcasts of Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Companion. Over the past two-and-a-half decades, The Town Hall has produced a number of new and critically acclaimed musical series, which include The Century of Change, Not Just Jazz, Broadway By The Year® and The Broadway Cabaret Festival.
