Pioneer Theatre Company presents King Charles III by Mike Bartlett, a 2015 Tony Award Nominee for Best Play. This future history play runs March 24 - April 8, 2017.

Stages Repertory Theatre presents Gregg Coffin's Five Course Love, a delicious twist on the tried-and-true dinner date showcasing three actors playing a host of over-the-top characters whose hearts are hungry for love. Spotlighting five dates in five different restaurants, the musical parody pokes gentle fun at an array of cultural traditions and musical styles, serving up a fast-paced feast of clever lyrics, catchy tunes and lots of laughs. Five Course Love is directed by Mitchell Greco, Artistic Associate for Stages, whose directing credits include The Honky Tonk Angels series, Xanadu, Big Fish, and co-directing Shear Madness.

On November 23, a beloved Rochester tradition returns to Geva Theatre Center on the Wilson Stage.

The production features members of the Resident Acting Company and begins October 7 and runs through November 5. Capital Stage and Graham Sobelman present GRAHAM-A-RAMA: #NOFILTER, Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 2pm & 7pm. Sacramento composer/music director/producer GRAHAM SOBELMAN, is returning to CAPITAL STAGE, where he music directed The Behavior Of Broadus, for his second cabaret show this year.

The Colorado Theatre Guild's 11th Annual Henry Awards will take place Monday, July 18, 2016 at the PACE Center, 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue in Parker, Colorado. Geva Theatre Center presents Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird as part of the 2015-2016 ESL Wilson Stage Series. To Kill a Mockingbird is adapted by Christopher Sergel and directed by Mark Cuddy, with original music by Gregg Coffin. The production begins previews on February 16, opens on February 20 and runs in the Elaine P. Wilson Stage until March 20.

?On November 25, a beloved Rochester tradition returns to Geva Theatre Center on the Wilson Stage. The Key Bank Production of A Christmas Carol, Dickens' classic tale of redemption for the most despised man in London, will awaken your heart and rekindle your spirit this holiday season.  This production of A Christmas Carol premiered to great acclaim in 2010 and features a script adapted by Mark Cuddy from Charles Dickens' novella with music and lyrics by Gregg Coffin, composer of Geva favorites, Five Course Love and Convenience. 

I was pleased to see many familiar faces last Wednesday at the Alley Theatre's performance of ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS. It helped set the tone for the comedic and interactive performance that seemed to ask us to leave any egos at the door, relax, and sit back for a night of farcical storytelling and crass side-splitting humor. The show absolutely delivered.

To put it succinctly, be ready to laugh your ass off. A brilliant, witty melange of slapstick, sight gags, silly absurdity, hyperbolic acting, and even bits of good ol' reliable audience participation, ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS, Richard Bean's exceedingly hilarious comedy of errors, misdirections, and misunderstandings is now receiving a superb West Coast premiere production at Orange County's Tony Award-winning South Coast Repertory theater through October 11.
