Zoe Boyle, Laurie Davidson, David Morrissey, Kate O'Flynn, Lesley Sharp and Sam Swainsbury have been cast in the world premiere of the end of history…, written by Jack Thorne and directed by Royal Court Theatre Associate Director John Tiffany. With design by Grace Smart, lighting by Jack Knowles and sound by Tom Gibbons. the end of history… runs in the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs Thursday 27 June 2019 - Saturday 10 August 2019 with press night on Wednesday 3 July 2019, 7pm.

Curve has announced the casting for its world-premiere Made at Curve production of Memoirs of an Asian Football Casual, running in Leicester from 26th September - 6th October 2018. The production is adapted for the stage by Curve Associate Artist, Dougal Irvine from the 2012 book by Riaz Khan. The gritty drama will be directed by Curve's Artistic Director, Nikolai Foster.

After spending several months as the Trafalgar Fair, a Texas trailer park takes root at Trafalgar Studios as a new production of Tracy Letts' Killer Joe begins its run. It is directed by Simon Evans, who previously helmed a production of Letts' Bug at the short-lived venue Found111 - the show also marks the return of Orlando Bloom to the London stage, starring alongside Steffan Rhodri, Neve McIntosh, Sophie Cookson and Adam Gillen.

It's been twenty years since Mark Ravenhill's notoriously titled Shopping and F**king was first staged at the Royal Court.
In his foreword for the Lyric Hammersmith's anniversary production, Ravenhill describes the show's scandalous reputation - and its actual reception. 1996 audiences may have been - largely - ready to nod seriously at plays highlighting such 'issues', but this production, directed by Sean Holmes, seems aimed at a broader demographic than just the theatrical intelligentsia.
