THE NIGHT OF THE IGUANA, Starring James Earl Jones, Begins Tonight at A.R.T.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University under the leadership of Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Director Diane Quinn, will present The Night of the Iguana, written by Tennessee Williams and directed by Michael Wilson. Performances begin today, February 18 and run through Today, March 18 at the Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle St., Cambridge.

Santa Barbara Writers Conference Announces New Book and Film

Santa Barbara Writers Conference co-founder Mary Conrad and her creative literary and film team, will launch a book and film titled, 'Santa Barbara Writers Conference Scrapbook,' in early 2017. Each project uncovers the conference's early days at the Miramar Hotel, and its untold tales and photos of literary Who's Whos, during their annual pilgrimage to the beachside writing retreat. Conrad, the quick-witted wife of the late Barnaby Conrad, author of 'Matador' (the book Hemingway said he wished he'd written), organized a team of creative pros to see her project to fruition. The book is due for a first quarter publishing launch and the film has been submitted to the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

ABSOLUTE BRIGHTNESS Coming to the Kravis Center for Limited Performance Engagement

The critically acclaimed off-Broadway hit The Absolute Brightness of Leonard Pelkey, written by and starring James Lecesne, the writer of the Academy Award-winning film Trevor comes to the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts for a limited performance engagement Friday, December 2 through Sunday, December 4.
