Cast Complete for New Temptations Musical AIN'T TOO PROUD at Berkeley Rep

Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the full casting and creative team for the world premiere of AIN'T TOO PROUD-THE TEMPTATIONS MUSICAL. The musical stage production will be directed by Tony Award winner Des McAnuff. Berkeley Rep presents the show by special arrangement with Ira Pittelman and Tom Hulce (American Idiot, Spring Awakening).

At first the indignant citizens reject her offer of cash for a corpse. They talk importantly of their town's cultural and humane traditions. But when they start buying new shoes, cognac, cars- and all on credit- there is only one way to meet the bills.

Aurora Theatre Company presents U.S. Premiere of Steve Waters' TEMPLE

Aurora Theatre Company presents the U.S. Premiere of British playwright Steve Waters'(World Music, The Contingency Plan) hit play, TEMPLE. Aurora Artistic Director Tom Ross (Mud Blue Sky, A Bright New Boise, Edward Albee's A Delicate Balance) helms this thought-provoking new play, featuring Paul Whitworth, Sylvia Burboeck, J. Michael Flynn, Sharon Lockwood, Leontyne Mbele-Mbong, and Mike Ryan. TEMPLE plays April 14 through May 14 at the Aurora Theatre in Berkeley. Ed Dixon to Discuss GEORGIE and Sign Memoir at Drama Book Shop

The Drama Book Shop is pleased to welcome actor, author and playwright Ed Dixon for a discussion about his new play GEORGIE: My Adventures with George Rose.
