Casting is complete for the Goodman commissioned world premiere of CARLYLE by Thomas Bradshaw, directed by Benjamin Kamine. CARLYLE features an all-Chicago cast with James Earl Jones II in the titular role, joined by Patrick Clear (Janice's Father), Maureen Gallagher (Janice's Mother), Tim Rhoze (CARLYLE's Father), Levenix Riddle (Omar/Tyrone), Tiffany Scott (Janice/Sarah), Charlette Speigner (Anita Hill/Shaniqua) and Nate Whelden (Mark).
In what has become an annual ritual, a total of 36 established and emerging composers, lyricists, and librettists will converge on the Goodspeed campus from mid-January through mid-February 2016 to participate in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Colony at Goodspeed Musicals. The Musical and marketing director for the New York Musical Theatre Festival; Remy Zaken, from the original Broadway company of Spring Awakening; and Thomas Honeck, the general manager for the Duplex and recent MAC Award winner for his cabaret show, Dancing With Dealth.

On November 17th, patrons have one chance to see a New York Theatre Barn (The Barn) exclusive Pre-Premiere* of the new musicals, ROBOTICUS and SOMETHING BLUE at the Daryl Roth Theatre's D-Lounge.
