GOLDA'S BALCONY by William Gibson, will be directed by Bryna Wortman and will star Sandra Laub as Golda Meir. Produced by 2nd Story Theatre, it will be erformed in the Courtroom at The Bristol Statehouse, 240 High Street, Bristol, RI from November 8 - December 8.

Bay Street Theatre has announced that Scott Schwartz, a leading voice of the next generation of American theater, has joined Bay Street as its new Artistic Director. A special welcome party was hosted last evening by Bonnie Comley and Stewart Lane at a private club in New York City to celebrate his arrival and to introduce him to Bay Street Theatre patrons and members of the Broadway community of actors, directors and producers. TimeLine Theatre Company, dedicated to presenting plays inspired by history that connect to today's social and political issues, has finalized casting for three of the four productions of its 2013-14 season, as the company embarks upon its most ambitious season ever with major revivals (A Raisin in the Sun, The Normal Heart and the musical Juno), a new play (The How and the Why), and a pioneering partnership with the Chicago Commercial Collective and Broadway In Chicago to remount a previous hit show (To Master the Art).

The Prime Ministers is an epic film that looks at six decades of Israel's history-from its founding until the early 21st century. The film will debut on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 7:30pm at AMC Lincoln Square, 1998 Broadway, New York City.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) has announced that Broadway veterans Jason Alexander ("Seinfeld," Jerome Robbins' Broadway) and Tovah Feldshuh (Golda's Balcony, Irena's Vow) will star in the season opener of the Winter 2013 Musicals in Mufti Series: Two By Two, with Book by Peter Stone, Lyrics by Martin Charnin and Music by the legendary Richard Rodgers.
