THE ORPHANS' HOME CYCLE Gets Extended Through 3/28

THE ORPHANS' HOME CYCLE, the world premiere of a three part theatrical event by the late Academy Award and Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Horton Foote, has been extended by popular demand for an additional three weeks through Sunday, March 28.

THE ORPHANS' HOME CYCLE, the world premiere of a three part theatrical event by the late Academy Award and Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Horton Foote, has been extended by popular demand for an additional three weeks through Sunday, March 28. The production is currently running at Hartford Stage, co-produced by the Signature. Signature opening is March 9.

THE ORPHANS' HOME CYCLE, the world premiere of a three part theatrical event by the late Academy Award and Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Horton Foote, will feature a company of 22 actors under the direction of Michael Wilson. The exciting, sweeping work will be co-produced in the 2009-2010 season by Hartford Stage (Michael Wilson, Artistic Director; Michael Stotts, Managing Director) and Signature Theatre Company (James Houghton, Founding Artistic Director; Erika Mallin, Executive Director).

Staged Reading Of ON THE WATERFRONT Comes To Hoboken 7/28 & 7/29

New Artists Theater Company and the city of Hoboken present a staged reading of ON THE WATERFRONT, written by Budd Schulberg and produced by Nick Puccio and the Hudson Film Group. The staged reading will be presented Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 7pm in Frank Sinatra Park between 4th and 5th Street in Hoboken, NJ, and features cast members from The Sopranos, Oz, and Brotherhood.

Fidelity FutureStage® Playwriting Contest winner Madeline Hendricks is headed to Broadway's Imperial Theatre on June 15 to see her play produced by the Tony Award® winning creative team of Billy Elliot the Musical. Hendricks had the opportunity to celebrate by meeting Elton John, Billy Elliot the Musical composer and honorary chairperson of Fidelity FutureStage.

A TALE OF TWO CITIES Ends Broadway Run Today, 11/9

Executive Producers Barbra Russell and Ron Sharpe will close Jill Santoriello's sweeping musical epic, 'A TALE OF TWO CITIES' on Broadway today, Sunday, November 9th at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street - between 8th & 9th Avenues). The musical moved the date of closing up a week from the originally announced final performance of November 16th. The early closing was confirmed to BroadwayWorld by a spokesperson for the production.

A TALE OF TWO CITIES Moves Up Closing Date To 11/9

The production originally announced a closing date of November 16th, but has now chosen to move up the final performance to this Sunday, November 9th.
