Performances will begin on Tuesday, September 8th; opening on Sunday, September 20th and will run through October 11th, 2009 at the McGinn Cazale Theatre (2162 Broadway, 4th floor at 76th Street).

Pulitzer prize-winning journalist Ben Kritzer (Richard Dreyfuss) is hauled before the Supreme Court where he faces the dilemma of defending his belief in the freedom of the press or protecting his family.
