The production is an unprecedented account of the Federal District Court trial in Perry v. Schwarzenegger (now Perry v. Brown), the case filed by AFER to overturn Proposition 8, which eliminated the right to marry for gay and lesbian couples in California.

Directed by Gregory Mosher and produced by Tony Award-winning Producer Jennifer Maloney, 110 Stories shines a light into the human spirit - revealing hope, humor and compassion in the midst of the tragedy of 9/11. The New Group held a celebration last night for its world premiere production of the new play Blood From A Stone byTommy Nohilly. Directed by Scott Elliott, Blood From A Stone features Gordon Clapp, Ann Dowd, Thomas Guiry, Ethan Hawke, Natasha Lyonne and Daphne Rubin-Vega. Previews began Monday, December 13. Originally slated to open Thursday, January 6, the production will have its Official Opening Night on Wednesday, January 12 at 7:00 PM. A limited engagement runs through February 5 at The New Group @ Theatre Row.
