Nur drei Jahre nach der Urauffuhrung in London und noch vor der USA-Premiere im Herbst 2016 wird in Koln jetzt eine fur den Musical Dome maßgeschneiderte Inszenierung von BODYGUARD - DAS MUSICAL auf die Buhne gebracht. Die beiden Hauptrollen sind mit Patricia Meeden und Jurgen Fischer markant besetzt. Das Premierenpublikum am 21. Der Produzent der BB Group Ralf Kokemuller, Original Producer Michael Harrison und Associate Director Frank Thompson haben vergangene Woche im Hyatt Regency Hotel Koln die deutsche Inszenierung der Londoner Originalproduktion von BODYGUARD - DAS MUSICAL prasentiert. Eines der Highlights der Veranstaltung war die Vorstellung der beiden Hauptdarsteller Patricia Meeden und Jurgen Fischer. Mit der Deutschland-Premiere von BODYGUARD - DAS MUSICAL am 21. November 2015 kehrt die Domstadt nach funf Jahren zuruck auf die Landkarte der Musical-Metropolen.

Trustus Theatre's Executive Director continues his roster of zany annual fundraisers tonight, June 4th at 7 pm at the Music Farm, this year with 'Larry's Favorite Things.' In the tradition of hosting his faux funeral, family reunion and a bizarre wedding, followed by last year's 'Larry's Bring Your Own Dinner Dinner Theatre.'

Clive Rowe Returns to Hackney Empire in MOTHER GOOSE Tonight

Celebrated grande dame of pantomime Clive Rowe will make his much-anticipated return to Hackney Empire this Christmas in Mother Goose. Rowe will star in the title role, for which he received an Olivier Award-nomination in 2008.

Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats, the second longest-running Broadway musical (only surpassed by Lloyd Webber's own 'The Phantom of the Opera'), and fourth longest-running West End musical, returns in high definition and digital sound to GREAT PERFORMANCES where it had its 1998 world television premiere. The special encore presentation will air tonight, November 21 at 9 p.m. ET on PBS (check local listings) as part of the PBS Arts Fall Festival.

Kat B, Sharon D Clarke, Josefina Gabrielle and Stephen Matthews star in this year's iconic Hackney pantomime. HO HO HO! to Open 11/29 at Columbia Children's Theatrre

Father Christmas is just not feeling it this year. Can Mrs. Claus, the Elves and the audience help Santa get his groove back? Find out as Columbia Children's Theatre (CCT), the Midlands only professional theatre for families and young audiences presents the uproarious holiday comedy, Ho Ho Ho! November 29 - December 8. Show times are Fridays at 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.; and Sundays at 3:00 p.m. The Saturday, December 9th 10:30 a.m. show will also feature Breakfast with Santa in partnership with the Richland County Department of Parks and Recreation.

Clarke And Gabrielle To Star In PUSS IN BOOTS At Hackney Empire

Today Hackney Empire announces the principal cast of its brand new pantomime, Puss in Boots. Written and directed by Susie McKenna with music by Steven Edis, the cast will include Kat B as Puss in Boots, Sharon D Clarke as Queen Talulah, Josefina Gabrielle as the witch Evilena and Stephen Matthews as Dame Nettie Knowall. In true Hackney style this rarely performed classic Perrault pantomime will be reimagined for today's audience, packed with show-stopping songs, dazzling dance routines and side-splitting comedy.

Clarke and Rowe To Star In BLUES IN THE NIGHT, July 14

BLUES IN THE NIGHT uses the great blues and jazz songs of the 1920s and 30s to explore the lives of three women and a saloon singer in a 'cheap hotel' during the course of a long memory-filled evening. The 26 songs celebrate the blues melodies of Bessie Smith, Jimmy Cox, Duke Ellington, Alberta Hunter and songs by Harold Arlen, Benny Goodman, Andy Razaf, Johnny Mercer and others.

The 1926 Photoplay Magazine Medal of Honor winner 'Beau Geste' will be the next film screened in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' 'Summer of Silents' series on Monday, July 25, at 7:30 p.m. at the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater.
