Broadway veteran James Moye, now appearing in Silence! Tickets to RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA will go on sale Monday, December 17 at 10 a.m. at the Broadway Theatre box office (1681 Broadway at 53rd St.) Now in rehearsals, RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA will begin preview performances on January 25 with an opening night scheduled for March 3. The production will celebrate the box office opening with a live, in-studio performance by the musical's stars Laura Osnes and Santino Fontana on 'Fox and Friends' on Monday, December 17.

The It Gets Better Project, created to show young LGBT people the levels of happiness, potential, and positivity their lives will reach will present their 2012 A Better Holiday concert. The concert will be held on December 16 from 7-10PM at XL Nightclub in partnership with The Group Entertainment, and will raise funds for the Ali Forney Center (AFC), the nation's largest organization working on behalf of runaway and homeless LGBTQ youth; the AFC had a vital drop-in center destroyed by Hurricane Sandy in late October.

Oracle Productions kicks off Season 3 in Public Access Theatre with a death-defying production of Dario Fo's ACCIDENTAL DEATH OF AN ANARCHIST, translated by Jon Laskin and Michael Aquilante and directed by Oracle Executive Producer Ben Fuchsen. Reopening the investigation into how audiences become political activists by laughing their asses off, this hilarious portrayal of authoritarian corruption opens January 19, 2013, and runs through March 2, 2013 at Oracle Theatre (3809 N Broadway in Chicago).

Praised Bay Area rockers The Stone Foxes will be performing in NYC at Gramercy Theater tonight, December 8, continuing their winter tour through December 29, where they will play at The Fillmore in San Francisco.

The Acting Company's 40th Anniversary Ruby Ball was held on December 3, 2012 at Capitale, and James Houghton, Founding Artistic Director of the Signature Theatre and the Richard Rodgers Director of Juilliard's Drama Division, accepted the John Houseman Award recognizing his profound commitment to the development of American actors and an audience for the theater. Earl Weiner, Board Chairman of both The Acting Company and the Theater Development Fund (TDF) received the Warburg Humanitarian Award for his outstanding philanthropic endeavor and leadership. New rock supergroup SOMETHING UNTO NOTHING (S.U.N.) is set to digitally release their debut full-length self-titled album today, November 20 on Robo Records. On Tuesday, January 15, 2013 the CD will be available physically with distribution through Fontana/ Universal Music Distribution.
