With direction, music and production from the acclaimed creative team behind Kylie Minogue, Miss Polly Rae: The All New Hurly Burly Show, is set to revolutionise burlesque when it premieres for a limited season of 6 performances at London's Leicester Square Theatre from Fesbruary 23rd -28th.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival and Sh-K-Boom Records co-present the evening, entitled Cassie Wooley's Chimera. Audiences can expect to hear an eclectic array of music by such writers and artists as Fiona Apple, Andrew Gerle, Niko Tsakalakos, Bjork, The Raconteurs, and Elvis.

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, will continue its star-studded Fall 2009 season with the celebrated chanteuse, MAUDE MAGGART. She will bring her critically-acclaimed show 'Parents and Children' back to New York. When it debuted last spring, The New York Times called Maude an 'increasingly fascinating entertainer' whose show was 'bewitching' and 'seductive.' The evening features songs by Stephen Sondheim ('Beautiful'), Rodgers & Hammerstein ('You've Got To Be Carefully Taught'), Dolly Parton ('Coat Of Many Colors'), George Gershwin ('The Man I Love'), Alec Wilder ('Be A Child') and Maury Yeston ('My Grandmother's Love Letters'). Maude is returning to Feinstein's for the first time since her New York nightclub debut as Michael Feinstein's guest in December 2001. All shows will take place at the Regency Hotel.

It?s been just over a decade since Jane Monheit first made a name for herself after placing second in the Thelonious Monk competition in 1998. Since then, she?s been touted one of the next great vocalists of her generation, and she?s now on tour in support of her seventh release and second for the Concord Label, The Lovers, the Dreamers and Me. The recording features arrangements by Gil Goldstein and songs ranging from standards by the likes of Cole Porter and Leonard Bernstein, a pop song by Fiona Apple, and love songs like ?The Rainbow Connection,? a children?s song she sings to her son, Jack, who was born during the making of the recording. Monheit will appear at the Blue Note in June during the first leg of the June Vocal Series, which will feature Spencer Day, Sophie Milman, Bilal and Rachelle Ferrell throughout the month.
