THE LION KING Roars Back to Theaters in 3D Today

Simba, Mufasa, Nala, Timon and Pumbaa are back and better than ever this fall when Disney's 'The Lion King' roars into theaters and homes in breathtaking 3D. A special two-week theatrical extravaganza kicks off Sept. 16, 2011, showcasing the Oscar- and Golden Globe-winning film on the big screen in Disney Digital 3DTM for the first time ever, and its highly anticipated home entertainment debut kicks off October 4, celebrating the Diamond Edition release of the epic movie 'The Lion King' in high-definition Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D.

Scott Rudin Developing 'The Corrections' HBO Series

Successful film, television and theatre producer Scott Rudin is set to add another project to HBO, reports Variety. 'The Corrections,' based on the bestselling novel of the same name, is under development with Rudin and filmmaker Noah Baumbach; author Jonathan Franzen is also attached to produce and adapt his novel for the series.

Scott Rudin on Board for SINATRA Film

Accroding to Deadline.com, Broadway's Scott Rudin is set to produce 'Sinatra,' a bioic about music legend Frank Sinatra. Previously announced Martin Scorsese is on board to direct the film.

BWW Interviews: Young Frankenstein's CORY ENGLISH

This past year has certainly been a fun one for Cory English, the scene-stealing actor who portrays the lovably-humpbacked sidekick Igor (pronounced EYE-GOHR, mind you) in the first national tour of Mel Brooks' YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN. David Hyde Pierce, Tony Award-winning star of Curtains, will appear on WNBC's 'Weekend Today in New York' Saturday, December 15 for an interview with anchor Michael Gargiulo. 'Weekend Today in New York' airs on Channel 4.

Curtains star David Hyde Pierce will appear on NBC's 'Today' on Thursday, December 6 between 9:30-10AM to collect toys for NBC's Annual Toy Drive. He will also be interviewed about being back on Broadway in Curtains.

Davd Hyde-Pierce Extends 'Curtains' Stay thru August 2008

David Hyde Pierce, winner of the 2007 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his performance as Lt. Frank Cioffi in Curtains, has extended his run in the hit Musical Comedy Whodunit by an additional six months. He will star in Curtains through August 31, 2008 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre

Curtains, the Musical Comedy Whodunit from the authors of Cabaret and Chicago, celebrates its return to Broadway with an appearance on NBC's 'Weekend Today' this Saturday, December 1 between 8-9AM. The segment captures 'Weekend Today' anchor Amy Robach rehearsing and performing a series of cameos in the show and includes interviews with David Hyde Pierce, Debra Monk and more.

'Curtains' Will Rise on Broadway Tonight

The 'Show People' of Curtains, the Musical Comedy Whodunit from the authors of Cabaret and Chicago, will be back onstage when performances on Broadway resume tonight, Thursday, November 29.
