This Just In... The Broadway musical of Rocky has been knocked out by a declining box office and will play its final performance at the Winter Garden Theatre on Sunday, August 17th after 28 previews and 188 regular performances. Stage Entertainment is currently exploring future productions across the U.S. as well as internationally.
The cast of ROCKY, including Tony Nominee Andy Karl, Terence Archie and Margo Seibert just welcomed a special guest to the Winter Garden Theatre. According to a listing on Telecharge.com, SOUL DOCTOR, which ran on Broadway last year at the Circle in the Square Theatre, will reappear off-Broadway this season. The production is set to begin performances December 1st at the Actors Temple Theatre, with an opening slated for December 15, 2014. No word yet on who will star, but BWW will keep you updated as we learn more!
