Spanish pianist Josep Colom will be in concert on Saturday, May 9, presenting Dialogues Between Mozart and Chopin as the fifth program of 5 @ 5 at DiMenna, a solo piano performance series curated by Mirian Conti, at The DiMenna Center for Classical Music, 450 West 37th Street in Manhattan.
Silviana Itzel Salinas-Reyna Receives Latin GRAMMY Foundation's Enrique Iglesias Scholarship

Silviana Itzel Salinas-Reyna a 23-year-old tenor saxophone student from Mexico City, is the recipient of the Enrique Iglesias Scholarship presented by The Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation, it was announced today at a special presentation at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach in Miami FL. Salinas-Reyna was chosen by the Foundation's Scholarship Committee, which evaluated a highly competitive pool of applicants and unanimously decided to grant her the $200,000 scholarship to further her music education at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston.
