St. Ann's Warehouse will present a colossal celebration of tiny art, Great Small Works' Tenth International Toy Theater Festival, today, June 14-23.

The Producers of the eight-time Tony award-winning musical Once today announce that booking for the West End production extends to 31 May 2014, releasing over 200,000 new tickets for sale at the Phoenix Theatre.

ONCE, the Tony and Grammy Award winning Best New Musical celebrated its 500th performance on Broadway yesterday, May 29. Once is based on the 2007 Academy Award-winning film and plays on Broadway at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street). The production opened on Sunday, March 18, 2012. Origin Theatre Company kicks off its eleventh season of producing the New York and American premieres of plays by emerging European playwrights at its annual benefit on Thursday May 30, at 6:30pm. Hosted by Mutual of America, 320 Park Avenue, the festive evening features a slalom course of pleasures, including an Origin showcase of new work, rollicking entertainment, and appearances by a colorful cross-section of local and visiting theatre luminaries, business leaders and supporters of the arts.

Rogue Machine presents Los Angeles Premiere of DYING CITY by Christopher Shinn, opening tonight,, May 18, 2013 with reception to follow. The production runs 5pm Saturdays, 7pm Sundays, and 8pm Mondays through July 8, 2013, with Memorial weekend performances on May 23rd at 8pm and Sunday, May 26th at 7pm (No performance on June 24th).

The Puppet Lab, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary, is St. Ann's Warehouse's experimental haven for artists developing interdisciplinary projects for puppet and object theater. Under the direction of Lab Directors Matthew Acheson and Krissy Smith, participating artists and their collaborators have met weekly over several months to develop projects, share puppetry elements and other design and technical ideas, discuss plot structure and character development, and work on narrative. They will present their works in the annual Labapalooza! festival, which will run May 23 - 26 at St. Ann's Warehouse.

St. Ann's Warehouse has announced programming highlights of its 2013-14 season, which will kick off in October with the American Premiere of the Donmar Warehouse's tremendously acclaimed all-female production of Julius Caesar.

Arthur Darvill and Joanna Christie recently made their Broadway debuts starring in the 8-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical Once at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre on April 23rd. The actors took over from the temporary leads Ben Hope and Laura Dreyfuss, who, as planned and scheduled, resume being standbys for 'Guy' and 'Girl.' Katrina Lenk will join the cast of the 8-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical ONCE at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre beginning Tuesday, May 7. Ms. Lenk will take over the role of 'Reza' from Claire Wellen, who, as planned, was playing the role temporarily.

David PatRick Kelly from Broadway's 8-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical Once, will perform and talk about the hit show on WFUV Radio's 'Ceol na nGael' show today, May 5 at 12pm. Origin Theatre Company, artistic director George C. Heslin, presents the US premiere of "Stop the Tempo" by Romanian playwright Gianina Carbinariu, in a theatrically explosive site-specific staging at Arlene's Grocery, 95 Stanton Street, beginning Sunday May 26 at 4pm. Directed by Matt Torney, whose New York credits include shows at HERE, and at 59E59, "Stop the Tempo" plays a limited 4-week engagement through Tuesday June 18. The opening is set for Sunday June 2 at 7pm.

Seattle Repertory Theatre's full 2013-2014 season was announced today by Artistic Director Jerry Manning. The new season features three world premieres by Northwest writers, two Broadway hits, and the addition of an American classic into the theatre's repertoire. The season will run from September 2013-June 2014.
