While it's great to have so many excellent theatrical offerings, it can also make it hard for audience members to choose which show to attend or theater to support. For newer, younger companies, everything they do can make or break their future as a professional theater. Speech & Debate is a clever little comedy, which was first staged at Brown University in 2006. The play had an Off-Broadway run in 2007 and feels like it could be ripped from today's headlines.
