On Tuesday, October 2nd at 9 am EDT, a limited number of tickets will go on sale at littlekidsrock.org/tickets for the Right to Rock Celebration - a charity benefit for Little Kids Rock that will feature performances of Steven Van Zandt's music by an epic lineup including Elvis Costello, Dion DiMucci, Tom Morello, Darlene Love, Southside Johnny, Kris Allen, Ruben Blades, Gary U.S. Bonds, Michael Des Barres, Michael Johns, Jesse Malin, Jake Clemons, NYC Hit Squad and other surprise guests expected to attend. Actress Maureen Van Zandt and E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg will co-chair the event, which is sponsored by the House of Marley and 1Love and will take place on Tuesday, October 16th, in New York City at the Manhattan Center Grand Ballroom.

Before Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band finish the second U.S. leg of its world tour, many of its members will attend Little Kids Rock's 10th anniversary Right to Rock Celebration, sponsored by the House of Marley and 1Love. On October 16th in New York city Steven Van Zandt will be presented with the 'Big Man of The Year Award,' given annually to honor the legacy of the late, great Clarence Clemons. Van Zandt joins past honorees Lady Gaga and The Big Man himself. The event is being co-chaired by actress Maureen Van Zandt and E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg.

On October 4 at 7 PM, world-renowned, classically trained German cabaret singer and Broadway star Ute Lemper will debut a new, original song cycle inspired by the love poems of 20th century Chilean poet Pablo Neruda (1904-1973). Conceived and composed by Lemper herself in collaboration with Marcelo Nisinman, Ute Lemper Sings Pablo Neruda will continue at Joe's Pub throughout the month of October with dates on October 4, 5, 6, 30 and 31. Joining Lemper for the run at Joe's Pub are Tito Castro and JP Jofre on Bandoneon, John Benthal on Guitar, Steve Millhouse on Bass and Andy Ezrin on Piano.

Bay Street Theatre announced three HarborFest Weekend events taking place today, Sept. 14 and 15. Plans include the screening of the classic Clark Gable film IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT tonight, Sept. 14 at 8 pm; $5 at the door. A free community event takes place in the afternoon with a screening of the documentary film JOYOUS GARDE, about John Steinbeck's time in Sag Harbor, on Saturday, Sept. 15 from 12 pm - 4 pm. Then later that evening at 8 pm, see Nancy Atlas live in concert. Tickets are $15 per person available at the door.
